Thierry Henry gets a taste of Beckham's American lifestyle after making his U.S. debut for New York

Former Arsenal and Barcelona star Thierry Henry has never been one for the high-profile celebrity lifestyle. But following his move to the U.S. Major League Soccer team the Red Bulls that may be about to change.

The French international joined Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria and her basketball star husband Tony Parker to watch Team USA vs. France in New York City last night.

Watching basketball with the likes of David Beckahm and Jack Nicholson is very much an A-list pastime.

And Henry's Bosnian model girlfriend Andrea Rajacic, 24, seemed very excited as they took their seats courtside at Madison Square Garden.

And the pair put on a very public display of affection in between chatting with friends Tony Parker and Eva Longoria throughout the game.

Both Thierry and Tony were very affectionate with their respective partners but kept one eye closely on the game featuring their national basketball team.

Although both play for U.S.-based sports teams, the whole group were supporting France's team, but showed off many frustrated faces as the USA team beat France 86-55.
It completed a bad weekend results-wise for Henry, whose Red Bulls side went down 1-0 to the Galaxy.

Henry went public with girlfriend Andrea in January of this year, and last year confirmed in an interview that he had fallen in love again after splitting from his English model wife, Claire Merry , 28, in June 2007.

He said: 'I am in love. Love is necessary and important.'

Model Andrea, the daughter of a plastic surgeon, is from Sarajevo. She and Henry were first spotted together in December 2008 on a break in the Maldives and they have been photographed together several times since.

They met while she was in Barcelona visiting her elder sister.

Meanwhile Eva and husband Tony appeared similarly loved-up as they kissed and cuddled while sat courtside at the Garden.

'I love being married to Tony,' she said in a recent interview with the Mirror.

'He and I get through things with a lot of laughter and a lot of the same goals and values in life - and it doesn't hurt that he's also the cliché of tall, dark and handsome. I think I'll keep him.'

Earlier in the day Longoria and her husband were in the crowd to watch Henry as he made his debut against David Beckham's team LA Galaxy.

But Beckham, 35, who is recovering from an injury was forced to watch from the bench.

The couple who have been married for three years, have been friends of the Beckhams since they first arrived in Los Angeles. And it's clear they plan to be on hand on for friend Henry.

Speaking about her friendship with Victoria Beckham, Eva has said: 'Both our husbands are sports stars and they both travel , and Victoria's had some great advice for me on how to cope with that.'

'She's a great mother, too. If you ever see her around her kids, you'll see that everything - everything - is about them and David.

'She's a good role model. I really want my marriage to be like hers.'
