Aiming high: Charlotte Church stepped out in Cardiff wearing a T-shirt bearing the slogan 'No. 1 Princess'
She was once one of the most famous singers in the UK.
And Charlotte Church is hoping her new musical comeback will see her return to her former position - judging by the T-shirt she wore bearing the slogan 'No. 1 Princess' while out in Cardiff.
The 24-year-old singer is preparing to release her new single Snow in October and album Back To Scratch in November, and clearly has high hopes for both the records.
Trendy: The 24-year-old singer looked fashionable in her all-black outfit as she picked up some food with two-year-old daughter Ruby
Charlotte was out with her two-year-old daughter Ruby picking up some food when she showcased the funky top, which she teamed with black leggings and shoe boots.
The singer said recently that she is nervous about launching her new music because of the reaction she might receive.
Described as 'multi-textured pop dynamite', Charlotte has worked with a host of producers and songwriters, including Luke Laird, Patrick Davis, Martin Terefe and Sacha Skarbeck.
The album also features Welsh songwriter Jonathan Powell, who Charlotte has been romantically linked to in recent weeks.

First single Snow deals with a relationship breakdown, which was originally inspired by a family member, but now has more resonance following her recent split from Gavin Henson, the father of her two children.
She said: 'It became the perfect song for my situation so I sing it with a lot of conviction.'
Charlotte admitted she was nervous about returning to the music scene after so long away: 'The decision to come back to work after I had babies and stuff, I was a bit scared - but music and singing is what I do and I don't think I'll ever lose my passion for it at all.
'I'm a little bit nervous that it's not too far away from what I used to do. My classical voice is still there. But now we're just trying to focus on creating a sound and I hope it will be a sound that everybody enjoys.'
